Once you’re ready to move forward, a design deposit is required to kickstart the planning phase. We conduct a land survey to analyze site conditions, zoning restrictions, and other factors that influence design and construction.

3. Site Assessment & Material Selection

A thorough site assessment helps us determine the best construction approach. At this stage, we assist you in selecting key materials, including:

  - Plans are updated to ensure clear communication with tradespeople.
  - Site Preparation & Foundation Work – Laying the groundwork for construction.
  - Construction Phase – From structural framing to the lock-up stage.
  - Interior Fit-Out & Final Touches – Ensuring the project is completed with high-quality finishing.
  - A final inspection is conducted before issuing the handover & occupation certificate.

8. Final Handover & Project Completion
