    • Selection of key materials like joinery, colors, tiles, balustrades, and door hardware.

    • Plans are updated to provide clear communication to trades.

    • Site Preparation & Foundation Work – Setting the groundwork for construction.

    • Construction Phase – Bringing the project to life, from framework to lockup stage.

    • Interior Fit-Out & Final Touches – Ensuring every detail is completed as per the design.

    • Final inspections are conducted before the handover & occupation certificate is issued.

Final Handover & Project Completion
